An Evening of Coming Together with FEED - The Menu

As mentioned yesterday, I recently had the distinct pleasure of hosting a beautiful and inspirational evening in support of FEED and their mission to end world hunger. The dinner that accompanied our evening of coming together helped to make it all the more memorable, and came courtesy of the lovely and talented Barrett of Valleybrink Road.

On the incredibly delicious menu for the evening: Roasted Kabocha Squash with Dates, Parmigiano Reggiano, and Pepitas, a Cannellini Bean Salad with Parsley, Mint, and Lemon , and a finish of Whipped Ricotta with Figs, Mint, and Honey. Needless to say, everything was absolutely delicious, but the Roasted Squash and Ricotta and Fig dishes were my favorites. XXJKE
