Holiday Return Policy


Orders placed between 10/15/21 and 12/24/21 qualify for our extended holiday return policy. Returns on items purchased in this window will be accepted through 1/7/22.

Holiday Shipping Info

Please note, all expedited shipping orders will have a processing time of 48 hours, this includes expedited shipping.
For delivery by December 24th, we recommend:
FedEx Ground: order by 12/08 12pm PST
FedEx 3-Day: order by 12/14 12pm PST
FedEx Next Day: order by 12/17 12pm PST.

Placing an Order


While we work to get every order out in a timely manner, due to unforeseen circumstances with our shipping partners, you may experience shipping delays with your order.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Once your order is placed, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

If you prefer not to place your order online, you may contact Customer Service to assist you with placing an order over the phone.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, online store credit and gift cards. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders. We also offer checkout with Klarna on orders of $200 to $2400. Your total purchase will be split into 4 payment installments using a credit or debit card of your choice. Orders under $200 do not qualify to use Klarna at this time. For more information on this service, please contact us or visit https://www.klarna.com/us/. Please note, you cannot use a partial gift card if you are using Klarna. If a Jenni Kayne gift card is used for the partial payment, you will first be refunded onto the gift card and the remaining balance will be refunded onto the second form of payment used for the order.

Promotions and Discounts

You may use one promotion code per order. Once you enter your promotion code at checkout, your savings will be applied to your order. All items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and shipping charges are non-refundable. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to sale items. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to previous orders. We do not offer price adjustments at this time. Please note that promotion codes require account log-in to use. If you are having trouble applying a discount code, try creating or logging in to a JenniKayne.com account.

Return Policy

For orders placed after 11/3/21, visit https://returns.jennikayne.com/. to begin your return. We accept unused item(s) for a full refund to the original form of payment within 21 days of order fulfillment. Refunds will be issued at the time your return package is scanned and labeled in transit by FedEx. Return packages postmarked between 21 and 30 days will be eligible for either exchange or a refund in the form of a gift card. All furniture, apothecary, and sale items are FINAL SALE. For any questions on furniture purchases, please refer to our furniture inspection policy at www.jennikayne.com/furniture-policy. For more info, please contact us at service@jennikayne.com or visit www.jennikayne.com. For orders placed before 11/3/21, please ship back your order using the return label included in your box. If you need a new return label, please reach out to service@jennikayne.com.

In-Store Return Process

Online orders may now be returned to any of our retail stores. To return an online order in-store, bring the item(s) and your invoice to any Jenni Kayne store. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. We cannot accept returns on orders placed online with PayPal or Klarna. You must follow the guidelines in our return policy and have your invoice with you at the time of return.

Exchanges

For orders placed after 11/3/21, visit returns.jennikayne.com to begin your return. Visit returns.jennikayne.com to begin your exchange. We accept unused item(s) for exchange within 30 days of order fulfillment. You may exchange your item(s) for any products on jennikayne.com via our returns portal. Your exchange order will ship once your return package is scanned and labeled in transit by Fedex. Please note: items in your exchange order are not held and could sell out prior to you shipping your return package back to Jenni Kayne.   

Missing/Stolen Orders

Due to Covid-19, your order may encounter shipping delays from FedEx. If your package does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you please wait 1-2 days for it to arrive via FedEx before contacting us at service@jennikayne.com. After this 2-day period, please contact service@jennikayne.com for assistance to file a claim on your order. Jenni Kayne cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Furniture Policy

Please review the following Jenni Kayne Furniture agreement before making your purchase. By purchasing Jenni Kayne furniture, you agree to all Jenni Kayne purchasing terms. Jenni Kayne furniture is final sale. Once your order has been placed, you will have 24 hours to cancel your order. To cancel your order or make any changes during this 24 hour period, please email service@jennikayne.com 24 hours after placing your order, the purchase is considered confirmed and final.

It is the customer’s responsibility to accurately measure their space and account for furniture sizing before placing their order. All furniture specifications can be found under the Design Details on the product page on Jennikayne.com. Our customer service team will answer any additional questions. For help styling Jenni Kayne furniture pieces in your space, contact styling@jennikayne.com for a complimentary consultation. Returns on furniture are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.

All furniture is inspected upon the completion of production and again upon departure from the Jenni Kayne warehouse to the customer. We kindly ask that you inspect the piece upon arrival and notify Jenni Kayne of any damages within 48 hours of delivery. If there are no damages upon receipt, the receiver will be asked to sign for the order before the driver leaves.

Most of our larger furniture pieces are delivered via a third party delivery service with a delivery transit time of 4-8 weeks. Jenni Kayne customer service will make initial arrangements with the customer. Jenni Kayne customer service will contact you once your order has shipped with a tracking number.

For furniture purchased through our Interior Design Services, shipping costs will be determined at the time of purchase with your designer.

At this time we do not ship furniture to Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Rug Shipping and Return Policy

Armadillo Rugs
A $50 shipping charge will be applied when purchasing an Armadillo rug and will ship FedEx Ground. We offer free returns for all Armadillo Rugs. Rugs returned must be in original condition, unused. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the rug(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To return the rug, please contact service@jennikayne.com.

Jenni Kayne x Lulu & Georgia Rugs
Rug sizes 2x3, 6x9, 5x8 and 8x10 will ship FedEx Ground. Rug orders will be charged a 10% shipping fee. Rug size 9x12 will ship white glove delivery. Oversized rugs (9x12’) will have a 10% + $99 extra shipping and handling fee.

We offer free returns for 2x3, 6x9, 5x8 and 8x10 rugs. 9x12 rugs will be charged a $149 return fee. Rugs returned must be in original condition, unused. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the rug(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To return the rug, please contact service@jennikayne.com.

FedEx Ground shipping is free for all orders. We offer FedEx Ground for orders shipping within the United States. For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we only offer FedEx 3 Day Air. Orders are processed within 48 business hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing within 48 business hours from the following business day. Orders over $500 will require an indirect signature for delivery. We do not offer Saturday delivery or accept PO Boxes for delivery. At this time we do not ship furniture to Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please note that all expedited shipping orders will require a processing period of 48 business hours.

International Orders

Eligible Items to Ship Internationally

At this time we can only ship Clothing, Shoes, Slippers, Pillows & Blankets, & Handbags. Furniture and all other items are excluded from International Shipping.

Shipping Rates

We ship all international orders with FedEx International Economy. We cannot offer expedited shipping for International orders at this time. All orders are processed and shipped within 72 business hours of receipt. International shipping has a flat rate of $30, but packages will be subject to additional charges if they extend beyond our average weight parameters.

Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes are calculated based on: item ordered, total amount of order, country of delivery. Duties, taxes and additional custom fees are not included in the order. Customers are responsible for paying for these fees and will be charged at the time of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

A: We recently made some changes to our website, so you may need to recreate an account to access your points. Don’t worry: all of the points you’ve been accumulating will be waiting for you in your account!

Q: What are the membership tiers?

A: Our membership tiers (Blush, Black, and VIP) are based on the number of points you've earned in a rolling 12 months. Once you’ve reached a tier, you’ll be able to enjoy its exclusive benefits for 12 months. To keep your status, you’ll need to maintain that tier’s minimum points into the next year.

Q: How do I earn points?

A: There are several ways you can earn points. Our Blush tier members will receive 1 point per dollar and 5% back on all purchases, while our Black and VIP Members will receive 2 points per dollar and 10% back on all purchases. Points can be earned by writing product reviews, connecting on social, and more. Double point events happen from time to time, so keep your eyes (and inboxes) peeled.

Q: When will my points be in my account after I make a purchase?

A: Points will appear in your account immediately after a purchase. Please note that points will be deducted if you return an entire or partial order.

Q: When do my points expire?

A: Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Inactivity means you haven’t earned or redeemed any points within a rolling 12 month period. Don’t worry: we’ll let you know when—and if—your points are about to expire!  

Q: How many points do I have to have to redeem rewards?

A: When you earn 1,000 points, you will receive a $50 reward. 1,000 points earns you $100; 5,000 earns you $250; 10,000 points earns you $500; and 20,000 earns you $1,000. That’s 5% back on every purchase for the Blush tier and 10% if you’re Black or VIP.

Q: How do I redeem a reward?

A: Rewards can be redeemed towards your purchase at checkout both in-store and online. To redeem points on jennikayne.com, make sure you’re logged into your account. At checkout, you’ll see your available points displayed. Simply choose the rewards you wish to apply to your order. The points required for your chosen reward will then be deducted from your order total and you can checkout as usual. Please note: you will not be able to redeem rewards at checkout if you choose to checkout via Shop Pay. When shopping in-store, ask your sales associate how many points you have eligible for redemption and let them know how many you’d like to apply towards your purchase.

Q: Can I redeem my points for a gift card?

A: Yes! You can redeem your points for gift cards.

Q: Can I combine rewards with other discounts or promo codes?

A: Yes! Each order can have one reward and one discount applied at the same time.

Q: What is the annual birthday offer?

A: Blush members will receive 15% off for their birthday, while Black and VIP members will receive 20% off. We will send you a birthday email with a special promo code to redeem your offer online or in-store. The code will expire at the end of your birthday month.
