The Perfect Recipes: Summer Camping

I recently shared some of my culinary favorites’ recipes for the perfect summer picnic, and they certainly didn’t disappoint. In keeping with the theme, I asked Pamela Salzman, Annie Campbell, Barrett from Valleybrink Road, and Claire Thomas from the Kitchy Kitchen to share some more of their packable picks, this time for camping.

On the fireside menu: Pamela’s Granola Bars and Vegetable Chili, Annie’s Salted & Spiced Trail Mix and Charred Padron Peppers, Barrett’s Campfire Pancakes with Maple Syrup and Campfire Veggie Tacos, and Claire’s Smeaches, Mexican Street Corn, and Spicy Kale Salad with Harissa Vinaigrette.
