3 Jenni-Approved Takes On Thanksgiving
November 22, 2024
Whether you prefer the classics or are in the mood for something new, a little Thanksgiving inspiration goes a long way. Which is why this year, we dove into the archives to compile three of Jenni’s favorite menus and tablescapes, each with its own twist.

3 Jenni-Approved Takes On Thanksgiving
A Health-Conscious Take
This vegan pie from Sweet Laurel Bakery is so decadent, no one will believe it’s dairy-free. Make a few, or try slipping it in alongside the traditional desserts for a lighter option. And for the table, we love Jenni’s palette of sage, ivory, and beige—with a few pumpkins for good measure.

“Small touches of seasonality easily bring a table to life, giving it a refined but still entirely festive feeling.”

A California-Inspired Take
If you’re looking for lighter, fresher flavors, try Pamela Salzman’s menu—her roasted chicken, cauliflower crunch salad, and olive oil apple cake are all must-trys. And for the table? Pamela matches the theme with rustic-yet-classic Pacific Dinnerware, fall florals, and vintage-inspired cutlery.

"This holiday season, Jenni’s opting for classic Pacific Dinnerware, vintage bistro-inspired cutlery, timeless linens, and simple harvest sprigs."

A Vegetarian Take
Skipping the turkey? No problem. Last year, we teamed up with Pamela to create a satisfying, meat-free menu that includes whipped goat cheese dip, butternut squash “steaks”, and an apple cider pumpkin bundt cake. Bonus points for Pamela’s creative use of dried botanicals, placing a sprig on each place setting for a personal touch.
