A Vegetarian Take

Skipping the turkey? No problem. Last year, we teamed up with Pamela to create a satisfying, meat-free menu that includes whipped goat cheese dip, butternut squash “steaks”, and an apple cider pumpkin bundt cake. Bonus points for Pamela’s creative use of dried botanicals, placing a sprig on each place setting for a personal touch.
