Placing an Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Once your order is placed, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
If you prefer not to place your order online, you may contact Customer Service to assist you with placing an order over the phone.
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, online store credit and gift cards. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders shipping to a California, Colorado, New York, or Washington address. We also offer checkout with QuadPay on orders of $200 to $2400. Your total purchase will be split into 4 payment installments using a credit or debit card of your choice. Orders under $200 do not qualify to use QuadPay at this time. For more information on this service, please contact us or visit https://www.quadpay.com/how-it-works/. Please note, you cannot use a partial gift card if you are using QuadPay. If a Jenni Kayne gift card is used for the partial payment, you will first be refunded onto the gift card and the remaining balance will be refunded onto the second form of payment used for the order.
Promotions and Discounts
You may use one promotion code per order. Once you enter your promotion code at checkout, your savings will be applied to your order. All items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and shipping charges are non-refundable. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to sale items. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to previous orders. We do not offer price adjustments at this time. Please note that promotion codes require account log-in to use. If you are having trouble applying a discount code, try creating or logging in to a JenniKayne.com account.
We accept returns within 21 days from the delivery date and store credit within 30 days from the original purchase date. Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Footwear must be returned in their original shoebox and placed in a shipping box. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. All sale items, intimates, furniture, beauty products, candles, and apothecary are FINAL SALE. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a Jenni Kayne gift card is used for the partial payment, you will first be refunded onto the gift card and the remaining balance will be refunded onto the second form of payment used for the order.
Holiday Return Policy
Orders placed between 11/02/20 and 12/24/20 qualify for our extended holiday return policy. Returns on items purchased in this window will be accepted through 1/08/21.
For your convenience, items purchased at JenniKayne.com can be returned to any Jenni Kayne store. You must follow the guidelines in our return policy and have your invoice with you at the time of return. See more details below.
Online Return Process
To return an online order via mail, place your prepaid FedEx label that was included in your order, on the return package along with the original invoice, securely seal it and drop it off at your nearest FedEx store. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. All sales taxes will be refunded, however original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email notification when your order has been refunded. Please note we reserve the right to reject returns on damaged goods that do not pass inspection upon receiving at our warehouse. In-Store Return Process
Online orders may now be returned to any of our retail stores. To return an online order in-store, bring the item(s) and your invoice to any Jenni Kayne store. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. We cannot accept returns on orders placed online with PayPal or QuadPay. You must follow the guidelines in our return policy and have your invoice with you at the time of return.
We are not able to process online exchanges. If you would like a new size or color, you may return the original item and then place a new order. If you need assistance, please contact us.
Due to Covid-19, your order may encounter shipping delays from FedEx. If your package does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you please wait 1-2 days for it to arrive via FedEx before contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. After this 2-day period, please contact email@example.com for assistance to file a claim on your order. Jenni Kayne cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Please review the following Jenni Kayne Furniture agreement before making your purchase. By purchasing Jenni Kayne furniture, you agree to all Jenni Kayne purchasing terms. Jenni Kayne furniture is final sale. Once your order has been placed, you will have 24 hours to cancel your order. To cancel your order or make any changes during this 24 hour period, please email firstname.lastname@example.org 24 hours after placing your order, the purchase is considered confirmed and final.
It is the customer’s responsibility to accurately measure their space and account for furniture sizing before placing their order. All furniture specifications can be found under the Design Details on the product page on Jennikayne.com. Our customer service team will answer any additional questions. For help styling Jenni Kayne furniture pieces in your space, contact email@example.com for a complimentary consultation. Returns on furniture are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.
All furniture is inspected upon the completion of production and again upon departure from the Jenni Kayne warehouse to the customer. We kindly ask that you inspect the piece upon arrival and notify Jenni Kayne of any damages within 48 hours of delivery. If there are no damages upon receipt, the receiver will be asked to sign for the order before the driver leaves.
Most of our larger furniture pieces are delivered via a third party delivery service. Jenni Kayne customer service will make initial arrangements with the customer. Jenni Kayne customer service will contact you once your order has shipped with a tracking number.
For furniture purchased through our Interior Design Services, shipping costs will be determined at the time of purchase with your designer.
At this time we do not ship furniture to Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Rug Shipping and Return Policy
Rug sizes 2x3, 6x9, 5x8 and 8x10 will ship FedEx Ground. Rug orders will be charged a 10% shipping fee. Rug size 9x12 will ship white glove delivery. Oversized rugs (9x12’) will have a 10% + $99 extra shipping and handling fee.
We offer free returns for 2x3, 6x9, 5x8 and 8x10 rugs. 9x12 rugs will be charged a $149 return fee. Rugs returned must be in original condition, unused. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the rug(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping Fees and Delivery Time
We have experienced an unprecedented volume of orders and will ship all orders, regardless of shipping method, within 3 business days of the order receipt. In addition to our own processing timeline, your order may encounter delays from FedEx due to Covid-19, high volume of eCommerce orders, and weather delays. If your package does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you please wait 1-2 days for it to arrive via FedEx before contacting us at email@example.com.
Important note on Expedited orders: If an expedited shipping method is selected, delays can still occur that are out of our control and we are not able to guarantee that your package arrives by a certain date. Please take this into consideration when placing an expedited order. We cannot refund expedited shipping charges if the order was shipped with the selected shipping method within 3 business days of receipt.

FedEx Ground shipping is free for all orders. We offer FedEx Ground for orders shipping within the United States. For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we only offer FedEx 3 Day Air. Orders are processed within 72 hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Orders over $500 will require an indirect signature for delivery. We do not offer Saturday delivery or accept PO Boxes for delivery. At this time we do not ship furniture to Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience. At this time, we are unable to offer Next Day Air.
