Join us for a rejuvenating morning of mindful movement and creative writing at our Southampton location. First, Tomasin from WAVE Wellness will lead a gentle movement yoga class, followed by writer and editor Kelly Laffey (the-writepace.com) who will lead a guided creative writing exercise inspired by the upcoming summer solstice.
