Can I use my JKH Membership discount to purchase Gift Cards?
No. We are unable to offer gift card purchases with The JKH Membership discount.
Can I ship orders to addresses other than my own for gifting (or otherwise)?
Yes. You can use your JKH Membership to place orders and have them sent to a gift recipient’s address or an alternate address.
How much does The JKH Membership cost?
For an annual fee of $150 USD, you’re able to unlock all of The JKH Membership benefits.
When does my membership renew?
The JKH Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Are there monthly or seasonal membership options?
We do not currently offer a monthly or seasonal membership option. The JKH Membership is a one-year term that you can choose to re-enroll in on an annual basis.

Can I return or cancel my JKH Membership?
No, The JKH Membership is nonrefundable. Your membership does not auto-renew, so you will not be charged again unless you choose to enroll again.
Can I gift a JKH Membership?
We do not currently have the ability to allow memberships to be gifted, but that feature is coming soon—stay tuned!
Will I have an online account that I can access and update?
The JKH Membership is tied to your Jenni Kayne account. You can access your Membership details within the My Account section of the website once you are logged in.
Can I have a co-member or authorized user on my account?
No, your account is for your personal use only and cannot be shared.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes. Your membership does not include free shipping. For more information on shipping fees, visit Shipping & Delivery.
I live outside of the United States—can I join The JKH Membership?
Yes! International customers can join the program. Please note that furniture and other fragile items are not able to ship internationally at this time.
Will my membership auto-renew?
Your membership does not auto-renew. We will send a reminder email before the end of your one-year term to give you the opportunity to enroll for another year.
How can I make the most of my JKH Membership fee?
The JKH Membership pays for itself after you spend $750 on Jenni Kayne Home. Therefore, one furniture purchase a year would cover your membership fee—and then some!
What is the complimentary styling offered?
Our styling service is a complimentary 30-minute session in which a member of our styling team will walk you through the essentials of incorporating Jenni Kayne pieces in your own space. Typical topics we’ll cover include furnishing a room, arranging an entry table, or styling accents from our home decor assortment. For more in-depth projects, we offer paid Interior Design Services from a full-service interior design team who will be with you through your entire redesign or remodel. You can inquire about assistance with renovation or full design services by emailing [email protected].

We will always do our best to consolidate your order in as few shipments as possible, but there may be occasions where certain pieces of furniture will need to ship separately.
If I place multiple orders will I have to pay for shipping each time?
Yes. If you place multiple orders, each individual order will incur a separate shipping fee.

Your 20% discount cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, but as a Member, you always have access to the best discount on décor and furniture.

Can I delay my order?

Can I combine my Home Membership or Trade discount with my Rewards points?
Home Members receive an exclusive 20% off home items, and Trade Members receive an exclusive 25% off—these discounts cannot be combined with Rewards points on the same home order. However, you can still use your points on apparel purchases or to redeem gifts.

How do I apply for tax exemption?
Email [email protected] to receive a trade application to qualify for tax exemption. Submit this application with your resale license and tax certificate. Once approved, you can place tax-exempt orders through our retail stores. Online orders do not qualify for tax exemption.
