It’s spring, and we’re officially in the mood to dine outside. So, in the spirit of the season, we went to Cucina Melissa for a seasonal menu befitting our dream outdoor meal. On the Menu

Speaking of dinner, we couldn’t have dreamt up a more perfect meal—which is why we asked Melissa for her expertise. She, of course, exceeded expectations with a spring-worthy array of truly tempting dishes: artichoke with miso aioli, radicchio salad, a ricotta and kumquat mouse—plus a frozen paloma for toasting the occasion.
