Such a great cookbook anytime of year, Plenty, from famed London chef and restaurateur Yotam Ottolenghi, includes 120 of some of the most delicious, innovative vegetarian recipes I have ever come across. My favorite: his Burnt Eggplant & Tahini, which also happens to be featured on the front cover. XXJKE
