Studio MTN’s Holiday Gift List
November 25, 2024
Welcome to our Holiday Gift List series, where every Monday this month we’ll be interviewing tastemakers to spark ideas for your own holiday shopping. The goal? To make gifting as easy, thoughtful, and fun as possible. Today, we’re chatting with Sierra Fox—the principal designer at Studio MTN and the visionary behind some of our favorite spaces in LA and Sun Valley. And as someone with impeccable taste, we had to know: What’s Sierra sliding under the tree this year?

Your Approach to Gifting:
Quality over quantity! I’m opting for gifts that are timeless, sustainable, and chic—think artisanal handmade pieces or vintage finds that add a touch of character and will last a lifetime.

What You’d Like to Receive:
I’ve been dying to start a collection of Beidermeier candlesticks by Ted Muehling. They can stand alone as a sculptural element, or be used to set the mood—scattered along a dining table or clustered on a console for the chicest candlestick situation.
Your Ideal Cozy Evening at Home:
In Idaho, I’d spend the evening with friends and family playing games, listening to jazz on a record player, and sipping a warm drink. And ideally, I’d be sitting by a crackling fireplace in a cozy cashmere set!
