I met Irene ages ago – our fathers are very close and we have many mutual friends – and have over the years watched her build an insanely gorgeous jewelry line that has made her both an incredible success and an editorial darling. Designing jewelry for over a decade, Irene’s pieces are characterized by intense colors and raw, uncut gemstones, and are a true reflection of her wonderfully eclectic, authentic personality and taste.
Irene lives along the Venice Canals with her dog Teddy – who never fails to steal the show – in a whitewashed California bungalow filled with color, print and energy. Her home is incredibly laid back and inviting, and really captures Irene’s unique essence and spirit. I hope you enjoy getting to know Irene and her home as much as I have. XXJKE
