Cardamom Rose Cocktail Recipe

As I’ve mentioned before, Valentine’s Day is one of those occasions that we much prefer spending at home – whether it be surrounded by good friends, or enjoying a quiet dinner for two. Either way, a special cocktail is always a nice touch, and this rose-infused sip is perfection.

A recipe first credited to Pechaud’s, the Cardamom Rose Cocktail combines either gin or vodka, rose syrup (I use my favorite from Royal Rose) fresh lemon and grapefruit juices, several dashes of Pechaud’s Bitters, and cardamom. And the delicious result: a light, refreshing, floral concoction that feels like it was made for the amorous holiday. XXJKE
