Shipping Fees and Delivery Time
While we work to get every order out in a timely manner, due to unforeseen circumstances with our shipping partners, you may experience delays with your order.
Domestic Shipping Options and Rates

Processing and Delivery:
- We ship all orders within 2 business days (with the exception of furniture) of the order being placed.
- In addition to our own processing timeline, your order may encounter delays from FedEx.
- If your package does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you please wait 3-5 business days for it to arrive via FedEx before contacting us at service@jennikayne.com.
- We offer FedEx Ground Economy for orders shipping within the United States.
- For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we only offer FedEx 3 Day Air.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing within 2 business days from the following business day.
- We do not offer Saturday delivery
- All expedited shipping orders (FedEx 3rd Day Air and FedEx Next Day Air) will also require a processing time of 2 business days.
- Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
