Placing An Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please note, we will not be able to make any edits or adjustments to your order once they have been placed including changing the shipping address associated with the order. Orders are only eligible to be cancelled if your order has yet to be fulfilled. In the event you need to cancel your order, please contact service@jennikayne.com at your earliest convenience. Please note that orders containing furniture are unable to be cancelled as furniture is final sale. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
While we work to get every order out in a timely manner, due to unforeseen circumstances with our shipping partners, you may experience shipping delays with your order.
