Missing, Stolen, or Delayed Orders
We kindly ask that you allow 10 business days from the last reported movement or delivery date to see if it surfaces. On occasion, a package will be placed in an unusual area, mistakenly delivered to a neighbor, or is moving through the FedEx network for final delivery.
If you have not received your order by then, please contact us for assistance. Please note that Jenni Kayne is not liable for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen while in transit.
