Furniture Policy

By purchasing Jenni Kayne furniture, you agree to all Jenni Kayne purchasing terms. Jenni Kayne furniture is final sale. It is the customer’s responsibility to accurately measure their space and account for furniture sizing before placing their order. All furniture specifications can be found under the Design Details on the product page on Jennikayne.com. Our customer service team will answer any additional questions. Before our delivery team arrives, please prepare your home by creating a clear path and removing any furniture, artwork, or other items that may get in the way of the delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Our delivery personnel are not able to move existing furniture within your home.

All furniture is inspected upon the completion of production and again upon departure from the Jenni Kayne warehouse to the customer. We kindly ask that you inspect the piece upon arrival and notify Jenni Kayne of any damages within 48 hours of delivery. Jenni Kayne is not responsible for any damage to orders delivered to a location that varies from the physical address of where the furniture will be placed. If delivered to a third-party warehouse or needs to be moved after the piece has been placed and signed for, you accept all responsibility. Please note that we are unable to hold any furniture items for delivery at a later date. We kindly ask that you be ready to accept delivery at the time you place your order.

For furniture purchased through our Interior Design Services, shipping costs will be determined at the time of purchase with your designer.
At this time we do not ship furniture to Alaska, Hawaii, or to international addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
