If you haven’t noticed, I’ve been on a bit of a baking kick lately. This gorgeous cookbook from sisters Emily and Melissa Elsen of Brooklyn’s renowned Four & Twenty Blackbirds will likely keep that kick going.

Filled with pie recipes both uncommon and delicious – think Black Currant Lemon Chiffon and Salty Honey, to name a few – it also includes a detailed section on techniques. I now sell it in store and cannot wait to dive into the copy that I picked up for myself! XXJKE
