Inspired by a vintage piece sourced by Jenni for the Jenni Kayne Ranch, our Montecito collection features solid White Oak frames with a natural finish and handwoven Danish paper cord. Handmade with care, each piece boasts a durability that welcomes natural patina and signs of a life well-lived.

Materials & Care

Our papercord pieces are made with durability in mind, requiring minimal care and developing a natural patina over time.

Paper cord has a thin layer of wax for resisting stains. Should pigmented food or liquid get on the seat, dab off immediately with a soft, damp cloth. To clean a paper cord weave, wipe with a damp cloth that has been dipped in a neutral soap lye—avoid doing this too often, as it will
increase the wear of the material.

White Oak may lighten over time in areas of high sun exposure, but will more likely develop into a slightly more golden tone with time.

Regularly dust your furniture with a microfiber cloth or lightly damp microfiber cloth for heavier dust and grime build up. For difficult stains or torn paper cord, contact a professional.
