Furniture Inspection Policy
Please review the following Jenni Kayne Furniture agreement before making your purchase. By purchasing Jenni Kayne Furniture, you agree to all Jenni Kayne purchasing terms. Jenni Kayne Furniture is final sale. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Once the order has been placed, the purchase is considered confirmed and final.
It is the customer’s responsibility to accurately measure their space and account for furniture sizing before placing their order. All furniture specifications can be found under the Design Details on the product page on Jennikayne.com. Our customer service team will answer any additional questions. For help styling Jenni Kayne Furniture in your space, contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a complimentary consultation. Returns on furniture are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.
All furniture is inspected upon the completion of production and again upon departure from the Jenni Kayne warehouse to the customer. We kindly ask that you inspect the piece upon arrival and notify Jenni Kayne of any damages within 48 hours of delivery. If there are no damages upon receipt, the receiver will be asked to sign for the order before the driver leaves.
Most of our larger furniture pieces are delivered via a third party delivery service. Jenni Kayne customer service will make initial arrangements with the customer. Jenni Kayne customer service will contact you once your order has shipped with a tracking number. Due to white glove delivery limitations, certain regions will have longer delivery lead times for Jenni Kayne Furniture.

Address Change Fee: $115
Restock Fee White Glove: $750
Restock Fee FedEx: $250
For furniture purchased through our Interior Design Services, shipping costs will be determined at the time of purchase with your designer.
At this time we do not ship furniture to Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience.
