I discovered Emily Zaiden’s amazing pops years ago through my friend Kimberly Muller, and was instantly hooked (as was my whole family). Refreshing, delicious, and perfect for the warmer months, The Popshop pops come in an array of inspired flavors – Lavender Lemon, Orange Blossom, and Pineapple Basil, to name a few. She even makes seriously tasty alcohol-spiked variations for us adults. The best part: all of her pops are handmade with organic sugar and seasonal farmers market produce, and contain no preservatives, dyes, or high fructose corn syrup.

You can get a taste by ordering her wonderful book, Top Pops, which includes fifty-five ice pop-reinvented recipes, as well as a techniques section, tips for ideal molds and sticks, and charts to help you combine your own fruit flavors. Or, if you are in LA, you can order her pops directly, visit her at the Studio City Farmers Market, or even have a Popshop Station at your next event – she and her adorable cart are a staple at my summer parties, and always a huge hit with the kids and adults alike. Stay tuned for some of my favorite Popshop recipes, later this week! XXJKE
