When it comes to the holidays, I love going all out, but am often disappointed with the types of products found in-store and online – especially for kids. So for Easter baskets this year, I decided to forego all the plastic and candy-filled options in favor of a more thoughtfully assembled basket that the little ones would love. Here, an alternative to the traditional basket, filled with all handmade favorites from Etsy:

To start, I found this simple bamboo basket – a beautiful, understated vessel for all of the colorful goodies inside. And my handmade picks from the Easter Bunny: this set of ten colorful felted wool Easter eggs and this speckled beige yarn set , this sweet hand knit merino/angora bunny , these adorable Curious Little Bunny Pots , and these felt rabbit finger puppets available in tan, white and brown.

Also great: this set of giant wooden crayons , these Easter egg sidewalk chalks , and these Peep-shaped shea butter soaps . And lastly, I love the idea of these canvas and floral fabric goodie bags , filled with some delicious homemade treats. XXJKE
