“This is our guest room and my favorite space in the house! I really wanted it to feel like a true refuge. The vibe is unfussy and natural. I pulled inspiration for this space from the Texas landscape. Clean lines, earthen materials, and refined details.
My goal in any space is for it to feel lived in. I never want guests to be afraid to touch things, to sink into things, to enjoy things. What I love about Jenni Kayne pieces is that they are substantial and raw. Nothing feels fragile. The strength and quality, even in the most simple of pieces, feel special to me. I know that I’ll never replace those pieces—truly heirloom quality.”

“It’s no exaggeration that the kitchen is the heart of our home, so when it came to designing our dining nook I knew it needed to serve as a space to dine and entertain but also a space where we could relax and unwind. My style really stems from my love of natural woods and reclaimed materials, it’s an eclectic mix of old and new that still feels cozy and liveable. I gravitate towards light airy textural spaces that feel like a retreat from the world outside so it’s no question why Jenni Kayne integrates so seamlessly into my aesthetic.”

“I find it sort of effortless to incorporate Jenni Kayne pieces throughout our home. With a California casual style, the laid-back but elevated home décor items just fit right in. Elements I love to move around the house are the structured throw pillows and textured throws. Being a family-friendly home, it’s important to not have too many precious items around, but a simple coffee table book like Pacific Natural and some greenery can really change the feel of a space. We gather as a family in the living room and these additional elements just make the space more comfortable, homier, and more us.”
