As I shared yesterday, our laid-back lunch with Claire Thomas and The Little Market was such a treat. And while the decor elements were on the soft and subdued side, our menu was all about color. Featuring bright, flavorful and unexpected elements from the always-amazing Claire, the meal was as visually stunning as it was delicious. Rainbow Tartines
Red: mascarpone, strawberry, balsamic, pink pepper corns
Orange: habanero peach with mascarpone and prosciutto
Yellow: pineapple heirloom tomatoes, marigolds, cilantro, cream cheese
Green: avocado, mascarpone, green onion, black sesame
Dark Green/Blue: pesto cream cheese, kale, mint, pine nuts
Purple: figs and blackberries with cream cheese, honey, and hazelnuts
Pink: butter, sliced radish, sea salt
