Price Adjustment Policy
We may honor one-time price adjustments on eligible full-priced items ordered from jennikayne.com if the request is made within seven days of placing your order.
Please note, orders are not eligible for price adjustments if:
- A discount or promo code was used on the original order
- Any portion of the order was previously returned, refunded, or exchanged, online or in-store
- A discount from Jenni Kayne Rewards points was applied at checkout
- The order was placed more than seven days ago
- The order contains furniture
- The order was placed on a third-party website such as Facebook or Instagram
- The requested promotion or code is no longer eligible for use (i.e. single-use code, expired)
