Price Adjustment Policy

We may honor one-time price adjustments on eligible full-priced items ordered from jennikayne.com if the request is made within seven days of placing your order.

Please note, orders are not eligible for price adjustments if: ​​​​

  • A discount or promo code was used on the original order
  • Any portion of the order was previously returned, refunded, or exchanged, online or in-store
  • A discount from Jenni Kayne Rewards points was applied at checkout 
  • The order was placed more than seven days ago 
  • The order contains furniture
  • The order was placed on a third-party website such as Facebook or Instagram
  • The requested promotion or code is no longer eligible for use (i.e. single-use code, expired)
