In the Vegan Kitchen: Memorial Day BBQ - The Decor

I’ve been a fan of Kitchen Mouse owner Erica Daking (and her incredible vegan, gluten-free, farmer’s market food) ever since I met her through my good friend Kimberly Muller. So when we decided to plan a vegan-style BBQ to wrap up the season (stay tuned tomorrow for all the delicious details), I was so excited. For our late spring gathering, I wanted a casual get-together with some of my favorite ladies, and it turned out just as I had hoped – a laid-back afternoon of great food and great company that felt like the perfect kick-off to summer. XXJKE

THE DECOR

Florals – Moon Canyon
Hanging macramé planters of ranunculus, spirea, clematis, hydrangea, lambs ear, hosta leaves and daffodils to allow for a table with a family-style meal down the center, as well as small clusters of greens, hellebores and lavender at each place setting.

Dishware – Heath Coupe plates and bowls in Opaque White
