We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, online store credit and gift cards. Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. Applicable sales tax and shipping fees will be charged on all orders when applicable.

Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout option designed to enhance the shopping experience on Shopify stores and on the Shop app. It allows active Shop account holders to save their email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information, making the checkout process faster and more convenient. An order will be placed using the preferred payment and shipping details via Shop Pay once the "Pay now" button is clicked. Should you wish to bypass, we recommend clicking the “checkout as guest” button if/when the Shop Pay window pops up. This option will allow you to exit the third-party payment platform and proceed to the main Jenni Kayne payment screen where you can confirm that all order details are correct before payment is processed.

We also offer checkout with Klarna on orders of $200 to $2400. Your total purchase will be split into 4 payment installments using a credit or debit card of your choice. Orders under $200 do not qualify to use Klarna at this time. For more information on this service, please contact us or visit Klarna directly via their website here. Please note, you cannot use a partial gift card if you are using Klarna.

If a Jenni Kayne gift card is used for the partial payment, you will first be refunded onto the gift card and the remaining balance will be refunded onto the second form of payment used for the order. Please note that once a store credit has been issued, we are unable to refund the original form of payment.
