HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Orders placed between November 21st and December 25th, 2016 may be returned through January 10th, 2017 for an online store credit. For a full refund, items must be returned within 10 days from the delivery date.
We accept returns within 10 days from the delivery date and store credit within 30 days from the original purchase date. Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Footwear must be returned in their original shoebox and placed in a shipping box. Intimates and swimwear are exchange or store credit only. Home and beauty products must be in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
All returns must be authorized by Jenni Kayne. Please contact Customer Service to request a Return Authorization # within 10 days from receipt of your order. Once your Return Authorization has been approved, you will receive an email with your Return Authorization # and a prepaid UPS electronic return label. Please place the label on the return package, securely seal it and drop it off at your nearest UPS store. There is a return processing fee of $8 that will be deducted from your order total. If you paid for expedited shipping, the return fee will be waived.
Please note: At this time we are not able to accept online returns at our boutiques. We reserve the right to reject unauthorized returns. Jenni Kayne cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

WHEN WILL YOU REFUND MY CREDIT CARD?
Once we receive your return and confirm that its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund in the original form of payment within 5 business days. There is a return processing fee of $8 that will be deducted from your order total. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All sales taxes will be refunded. If you paid for expedited shipping, the return fee will be waived. You will receive an email notification when your order has been refunded. Please note your bank may require up to 2 billing cycles to process and post this transaction to your account.
If you would like to exchange an item for an alternate size, please contact Customer Service to request a Return Authorization # and prepaid UPS electronic return label. As soon as we receive your return, your exchange will be processed and the new item will be shipped to you. At this time we are not able to accept online exchanges at our boutiques. Please contact Customer Service to assist you with your exchange.
We will honor a price adjustment on orders placed up to 7 days prior to the start date of a sale or promotion. Please contact Customer Service to assist you with a price adjustment.
