PLACING AN ORDER
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. For changes or cancellations to your order, please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of placing your order. If the shipment process has begun, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
If you prefer not to place your order online, you may contact Customer Service to assist you with placing an order over the phone.
We accept all major credit cards, JenniKayne.com store credit and gift cards. Gift cards and store credits from our boutiques are not accepted online at this time. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders shipping to a California address.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
You may use one promotion code per order. Once you enter your promotion code at checkout, your savings will be applied to your order. Items purchased with a discount promotion code are eligible for returns. However, all sale items are FINAL SALE and shipping charges are non-refundable.
